We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized activity. 4.2 Manual Payments via Zelle (USA) Zelle® may be offered as a manual payment option for customers located in the United States. By selecting Zelle as a payment method, you acknowledge and agree that: Zelle is a manual payment method and payments are not automatically confirmed. Orders are not processed, reserved, or shipped until payment has been received and manually verified by 3RV Import-Export USA LLC. Customers must include the order number in the Zelle payment memo to ensure proper identification. Zelle payments are generally non-reversible once sent. 3RVie is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect email address, phone number, or recipient due to customer error. Payment verification may occur during regular business hours only. 5. Equipment, Software, Platform & Consumables Use Certain equipment sold by 3RV Import-Export USA LLC operates in conjunction with proprietary software, authorized consumables, QR-based activation systems, and/or a centralized online platform. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: Certain functionalities, including cutting operations, may require QR-activated consumables or an active platform connection or subscription. Only consumables provided or authorized by 3RVie may be used to enable such functionalities. Where applicable, equipment sold with “Unlimited Cuts” or similar features requires payment of an annual platform and maintenance fee. Failure to maintain required subscriptions, platform access, or use authorized consumables may result in limited functionality or suspension of software-based services. Suspension or limitation of software-based services does not constitute a defect, malfunction, or failure of the physical equipment. Ownership of the equipment does not grant ownership or rights over the software, platform, activation systems, or related intellectual property. 6. Shipping and Returns Shipping terms, rates, and estimated delivery times are outlined separately on the Website. Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation. Returns, exchanges, and eligibility are subject to our Return Policy. Certain items, including software-enabled services, subscriptions, digital access, or activated consumables, may be non-refundable. 7. Return Policy
At 3RV Import-Export USA LLC (“3RVie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy is designed in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and Florida state laws to ensure transparency and fairness. 1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met: The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, unactivated, and in its original condition and packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation. Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) must be provided. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been activated, registered, configured, or used with software, QR codes, consumables, or platform services. 2. Return Authorization (RMA) An RMA number and return instructions will be issued. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Return Shipment Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). We recommend a traceable shipping method. 3. Refunds All returned items are subject to inspection. Full Refund: Issued if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described. Partial Refund or Denial: May apply if the item is returned for reasons other than defect, or if original shipping costs, handling, or restocking fees apply. Exchanges Exchanges follow the same eligibility and authorization process as returns and are subject to product availability. If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion, subject to this policy. 6. Damaged or Defective Items If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Supporting documentation (photos or videos) may be required. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at no additional cost. 7. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped or been activated.
